I ended up driving in traffic for an hour and half then getting lost in westminister. Finally getting jen and to San Pedro for this placed called Babouch by the LA harbor. The Area was a lil ghetto lookin outside but inside was a different world. Everything was carpeted, from the walls to the chairs and the floor of course. Yes, they showed true morrocan hospitality assisting to wash our hands by pouring water from a vase onto a silver basin. We sat very close to the floor comforted with pillows and a comfy couches. Our server wasnt morrocan but a 26 year old named Jose born in mexico. haha His knowledge of morroco was good. We asked him where it was located because with my 11th grade comprehension of the world's geography, i wasnt going anywhere with my questions of the countries of the world. Morroco is located in North Africa. Now i know. We ordered a sampler. One of my favorites was the Spankopita, it is spinach wrapped in Filo. The Morrocan cuisine overall is great! Of course we couldnt end the night without a belly dancer. Once she came out, it was on! Our goal was a belly dance in front of everyone before we left. The belly dancer took both of us by the hand to the dance floor and showed us some of her moves. If only you could see how we do it! There were some photos taken but i havent got them yet! It was a bit nerve wrecking but i had to show everyone what i had. Thanks shakira! My hips dont lie. We bowed at the end and finished our amazing cuisine.

On the way back i got lost in San Pedro and ended up crossing the bay bridge that we both hoped we wouldnt end up on that night. Its a crazy bridge and i think the first bridge ive ever driven on. Im not too experienced with driving bridges! We screamed the whole time on that bridge freakin out...
brought jen back and called up dane who was /is in town around the time. About 20 mins from me. Might as well say whats up before i leave the o.c.
I got home in 30 mins traveling the freeway. Scary stuff. Im glad i made it back safe. crazyy day.
i hate traffic.
