Santa Barbara!

Sound and Fury weekend has arrived once again. Leaving early tomorrow to check in our crappy motel 6 in Ventura. Whatever places a roof over my head, im good. oh and has a bathroom and stuff, im straight. The weather i heard should be perfect. 70s all three days. Ive been feelin sluggish lately. Watching the Dark Knight has messed up my bedtime and eating times. haha. yes eating times. I dont feel as hungry as i usually do, im always tired. Ive been drinking every night the last two days. I felt the second day has highered my tolerance for alcohol for some reason. I didnt feel buzzed til the 4th drink. oooooooo pfft.to recap the past three days before i write something big and unnecessary about sound and fury this weekend...monday i missed the AA flea market because i refused to check my email that day. What an opportunity...flushed down the toilet. Last time i got $600 worth clothes for a good $40. Tuesday, i saw my love. Stopped by the lovely Portos Bakery in Glendale. There i picked up a scrumptious fruit tart for the Chesterhouse potluck later that day, a red velvet cupcake for myself, a cheese-roll for daniel and my fave, pina colada slush for us to share. Met up around 6:40 in pasadena with the rest of the peeps not knowing what to expect. Turned out to be really chill and relaxing. Met a bunch of tiff's friends who either were her college classmates from the past/present, highschool classmates, people she met along the way and also exs. Cup Titty Boom serenaded us with their music. Victor tore it up on drums. We ended the night star gazing. oh how romantic :) Wednesday, Jonathan arrived from Guam. So him, his bro Edrick and I went over to Chatterbox in Covina to have some dranks! I felt like a young cub, newbie in there. First time they didnt card me, only because Edrick knew the owner of the place. Ralph calls it a "dive bar lounge". I met this 29 year-old girl and we had this really deep convo while tryin to sober up. What did we talk about? girl stuff? meh...just relationship stuff. I learned a thing or two from her. Not like i needed help, just some advice to better things. I thanked her in the end for being so inspiring! Because she was! Damn, i forgot her name. While i waited for Edrick to sober up, Jonathan and i caught up on things happening in our lives. Our careers, our loves, and family stuff. Throughout the night, the plasma screen had movies like "The Goonies" & "Dazed & Confuzed" playing. I also remember feelin a bit pressured to drink more, annoyed by loud drunkards, hoes and bros. And some girl pissed on the floor inthe girls lu. i didnt know til some girl told me i was steppin on it. Overall it was chill, id go back. Im not that big on drinking so id be more social if not, sitting in one place nodding my head to music playing. seriously. speaking of music. i heard the new Violation that was put out this week. i urge everyone to pick up a copy! SO GOOD! They are playing tomorrow too i think. Ill be there, hope to see most of you there. and for those who couldnt make it this year, there's always next year!..i hope. :)
